Rules Loen Play
Safety is the highest priority at Loen Play. All play facilities are safe and approved according to Norwegian laws and regulations with safety nets, upholstery and soft mats. We regularly carry out systematic and documented security checks. Our staff has clear routines for safety work.
To make sure everyone has a great experience, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:
Only guests with a valid ticket have access to Loen Play
Children only have access accompanied by an adult (min. 16 years old)
Adults only have access when accompanying a child
Follow the rules given in the different play areas/equipment and instructions provided by our staff
Shoes are not allowed in the play areas. We recommend gym socks or non-slip socks, long-sleeved sweaters, and long pants
For hygienic reasons it is not allowed to be bare foot indoors
No jewelry, watches, loose belts, or chewing gum are allowed when using the play area. Use clothes without zippers and sharp edges No climbing on the outside of the net or on top of «Funhouse» It is the adults’ responsibility to inform the children about our play rules, and make sure they comply with these
Staff have the right to dismiss children who compromise the safety and well-being of others
Food and drinks can only be consumed in the café area or party room. Only food and drinks bought on the premises may be consumed here
Alcohol and other intoxicants are prohibited at Loen Play
Loen Play does not take responsibility for personal belongings
Pets are not permitted at Loen Play
